Wire Rope Isolators
Automobiles: They can be used in various parts of automobiles such as the vehicle-mounted generator, powertrain suspension, crew seats, and ambulance stretcher supports. They can effectively isolate vibrations and provide cushioning, protecting equipment and personnel.
Elastomer Isolators
Railway Locomotives: They are widely used in the bogies of the running part of railway locomotives. Their main function is to withstand compressive stress, shear stress, and torsional moment, as well as the combined action of two or more types of stress.
Special-Purpose Vehicles: Such as field transport command systems and missile transport and launch devices.
Automobiles: They are widely used in multiple parts of automobiles, such as the central support rubber cone, axle box pull rod elastomer, side bearing rubber stack, motor suspension rubber pad, elastic wheel, elastic gear, air spring, bow-shaped rubber block and ball joint in the transmission device, and coupler rubber buffer. They can also be used for torsional vibration damping in the automobile engine crankshaft system.

Tailored for a 600kg HVAC unit with 2900 RPM (48Hz) excitation frequency and 75kg load per mounting point, these isolators feature a 180kg max load capacity, 2.5mm deflection at working load, and a 10.5Hz natural frequency.
