
In precision equipment installation scenarios, the performance of vibration isolators is directly related to equipment safety and operational stability. To meet the protection needs of a customer’s 500kg equipment to be supported, we have custom-developed the GJTZ-5800N Helical Wire Rope Vibration Isolator, which perfectly matches the four-corner suspension installation method at the top of the instrument rack.
This isolator excels in load adaptability. Each isolator has a rated maximum static load tension load of 250-300 kg. Four isolators working together can stably bear the total weight of the equipment. Moreover, the vertical tensile stiffness maintains a linear and stable range of 160-200 kN/m under the rated static load, providing balanced support for the equipment.
What is more noteworthy is its excellent impact resistance. When facing a ±60G half-sine wave impact load (lasting 2 milliseconds), the maximum vertical deflection is less than 25mm and the lateral deflection is less than 20mm, far exceeding safety standards. At the same time, we have achieved a 40% cost optimization for the customer, reducing investment while ensuring high performance, making it the preferred solution for vibration isolation and protection of precision equipment.
