APPLICATION
Industrial Machinery
Wire rope isolators and elastomer isolators provide superior performance for industrial products that require shock protection and vibration control in harsh environments. Without proper protection, shock and excessive vibration can affect equipment functionality and cause permanent damage. While there are many different protection options, wire rope industrial isolators are often the most effective because they can operate in a wide range of temperatures and corrosive environments.
Wire rope isolator
Power machinery: Used as the basic elastic support for engines and various power machinery to reduce the impact of vibration on the equipment itself and the surrounding structures.
General machinery: Used for vibration isolation, earthquake resistance and buffering of engineering machinery and general machinery to improve the stability and service life of equipment.
Equipment in harsh environments: In harsh environments such as high and low temperatures and chemical pollution, it provides vibration isolation and buffering for mechanical and electronic equipment and facilities with strong adaptability.
Performance advantages:
Multi-directional elastic deformation: It can adapt to vibration and impact in multiple directions and provide all-round vibration reduction effects.
Strong environmental adaptability: It is resistant to high and low temperatures and chemical corrosion, and can work stably for a long time in harsh environments.
Long service life: Compared with rubber vibration isolators, the service life of steel wire rope vibration isolators is longer and the maintenance cost is lower.
Good buffering and anti-impact performance: It has a large damping and can effectively absorb and buffer impact energy.
Diverse installation methods: Different installation methods can be chosen according to the specific needs of the equipment, with high flexibility.
Elastomer isolator
Pumps and compressors: Widely used for vibration reduction of pumps and compressors, effectively reducing the vibration and noise generated during the operation of equipment, and improving the stability and reliability of equipment.
Power machinery: Used in diesel engines, gasoline engines, electric motors and other power machinery to reduce the impact of mechanical vibration on the equipment itself and the surrounding environment.
Large-scale industrial equipment: Such as metallurgical equipment, chemical equipment, papermaking equipment, etc., to reduce the vibration and noise generated during the operation of equipment, improve the reliability and stability of equipment, and extend the service life of equipment.
Special industrial equipment: In special industrial equipment that requires special vibration reduction, such as aerospace equipment, medical equipment, etc., it provides good vibration reduction effects to ensure the normal operation and working performance of equipment.
Performance advantages:
Large elastic deformation: The elastic modulus of rubber is small, which can produce large elastic deformation, better absorb and disperse vibration energy.
Good vibration reduction and noise reduction effect: In addition to the vibration reduction function, it can also absorb the impact and shaking generated during the operation of equipment to a certain extent, and has good sound insulation effect.
Simple structure: Easy to install, can be adjusted and replaced according to needs, and is suitable for different industrial application scenarios.
Low maintenance cost: No special maintenance and care are required, and it is economical and practical.
